we've developed a design agreement that defines your stated
objectives as well as our own expectations. Following the
design phase, we provide a construction contract based on a
negotiated fixed price that covers the cost of the project
as designed. Throughout construction we're careful to
identify and communicate the cost of any proposed changes to
avoid surprises.
